I am a highly-competent and experienced coaching and training professional, consultant and manager, with a record of achieving people-focused change and improvement at strategic, operational, supervisory and individual levels for clients in the Private, Public, Retail and Third Sectors.

I can communicate with people at all levels across an organisation, engaging stakeholders effectively and establishing strong working relationships. Using a consultative people-focused approach, I am very approachable and I have excellent interpersonal skills that ensure clients, their people or individuals are thoroughly engaged, having an experience that not only develops but also challenges and motivates.

Being aware of the issues organisations and people face around their development, performance and impact, I have the experience to successfully tackle any problem, coupled with the character and personality to be the right cultural fit for a client. Thinking differently, challenging frequently and constantly asking “Why?”, I am an active listener, mindful of other peoples’ emotions and respectful of their ideas and perspectives.

Living in Stokesley with my Wife Alison and our two Maine Coon Cats, Pixie and Merlin, I enjoy time with family and friends, meals out, and exploring the the sights and countryside of North Yorkshire. As well as reading, listening to music and watching films, I am a Middlesbrough fan and supporter of the NFL's New England Patriots. As an aspiring writer, I hope to have my first book finished soon!
