This involves the learning of leadership concepts, applying new thinking, behaviours and values, receiving feedback, reflecting on performance and considering what their 'Personal Leadership Brand' looks like.

Management Development

I engage in management development using a process that allows managers to learn new skills or reflect on and improve their existing ones. Considering their challenges and increasing their knowledge and their abilities allows them to manage people to deliver results in managerial positions within organisations. 

I can develop both experienced and new managers, enhancing their understanding of the role and its requirements. Improving their skills allows them to effectively manage teams, deal with people issues, make better decisions, achieve objectives and deliver organisational success. 

I can support with the development of Management Strategy, Senior Managers, Middle Managers, Line Managers and Female Managers.

Team Development

I develop teams with a focus on enhancing the skills, knowledge and relationships of team members, allowing them to work cohesively towards their common goals. 

This involves nurturing individual and collective talents, encouraging open communication, enabling collaboration, tackling interpersonal conflict and building trust, whilst blending together a diverse mix of skills, capabilities, knowledge and experiences.

As teams are often made up of different specialists who come together to work on specific projects, I emphasise the importance of developing a team charter, acceptable working behaviours, understanding team dynamics and performance measures.

I can support team development in any setting, as well as offering guidance for team leaders and managers.
