My model looks at the individual and combined changes within the six zones that make up personal development...those being the Personal, Comfort, Resilience, Learning, Influence and Collaboration Zones. Key to the success of the model are a focus on communication, continuous lifelong learning and the use of reflective practice.
Taking this holistic view, and aligning changes made in these areas with the challenge to be overcome or the improvement to be achieved, I enable clients to make the transition from their current situation to their desired state, thus readying them for their future.
